Marc Jones met with the Home Secretary Theresa May today to discuss the need for a future Conservative Government to ensure that immigration and national security are top political priorities and that police forces such as Lincolnshire get a fair funding deal.
Marc said “It was great to see Theresa May today and to get the opportunity to speak up for the people on such important issues that I know matter to so many local people. Funding for the police is essential to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour and as such really matters to me. In addition to this I see gaining control of our borders as vital if we are to keep the citizens of the UK safe and protected.
"I believe that the firm promise by the Conservatives to deliver an in out referendum on EU membership is the only way to deliver those border controls. If the people want their say on the EU the only way to get it is to vote for one and vote Conservative on 7th May."
